Terms of Service

By purchasing or using usdt flash software you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not buy or install the software.

License grant

We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the plan term you purchase (Demo trial or 1/2/5 year seats). Seat sharing rules for agencies should be confirmed in writing with support.

Simulation product

USDT flash software produces simulation/demo presentations. It does not issue real USDT and must not be used to deceive lenders, investors, marketplaces, or counterparties about withdrawable funds.

Payments

Pay only published addresses (TRC20 TFXNa1ufxfqCkRj57F5J1o42suEfVhcWJ1 or ERC20 0x4fc5efd55b1c845e2e88b8431C0d018a6E5331FC) via official checkout. Wrong-network sends may be unrecoverable. Prices: Demo $29; Starter $1,999; Professional $2,499; Enterprise $2,999.

Refunds

Because delivery is digital and activation keys are unique, refunds are evaluated case-by-case (e.g., proven non-delivery after valid payment). Contact support with TX hash within a reasonable window.

Prohibited use

Illegal activity, fraud, impersonation of this brand, redistribution of cracked keys, or phishing others with fake “official” domains is prohibited and may result in license termination without refund.

Liability

Software is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or misuse by licensees. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations.
